Duties will include: Plumbing installation and maintenance works Repairs and remedial plumbing works Working within occupied residential properties Bathroom and kitchen plumbing General domestic plumbing Working alongside other trades and site teams Maintaining a high standard of workmanship Liaising professionally with tenants where required Requirements: Relevant plumbing qualifications Previous experience in domestic plumbing, social housing or refurbishment CSCS/JIB card where applicable Own tools and PPE Good communication skills Reliable and professional approach Previous experience working in occupied properties would be advantageous Long-term work available for the right candidates, with the project expected to run for approximately 5 years.
