This 3-month contract has the potential for full-time employment for the right candidates.The Role:Working in Bassett, Lordshill, Shirley, and the City CentreHours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to FridayPAYE direct with Berry Recruitment - including holiday payCarrying out property maintenanceWorking within the Housing Operations team, liaising with residents and colleaguesYou will be provided with a van, uniform and PPE also issued power tools and equipmentWhat We''re Looking For:Qualified Plumber with experience in property maintenanceCurrent full UK driving license to drive vehicles throughout the CityTo have served a recognised apprenticeship to a Level 2 - 3 qualification in Plumbing or equivalent with 3 years'' experience of working in the domestic, commercial construction and maintenance environmentAbility to carry out small works in other tradesConfident, self-motivated, and customer-focusedStrong understanding of the construction industryIf you have the relevant Plumber skills, experience, and qualifications, and would like to discuss this opportunity further, please apply online now.
