The works will mostly be working in and around Warwickshire, with a bit of travel to Nottingham and surrounding areas as well as a little bit of travel in to Birmingham, but mostly Warwickshire. The contractor specialise in carrying out planned maintenance works, operating on behalf of public sector landlords; Housing Associations and Local Authorities. They would like an experienced Plumber, able to turn their hand to other skills such as tiling, basic carpentry eg boxing in pipe work, patch repair and silicone works to hand over the finished works to a high standard. If you can lay flat vinyl, including cutting to size and spraying/sticking securely and fitting, that would be very advantageous. Future training to do cap and cove is on offer here also. A company van and fuel card can be provided when you become a permanent member of staff. Equally, you can join on a self employed basis, if you prefer to operate this way, using your own van.
