Plumber Join a collaborative maintenance team delivering responsive plumbing and heating repairs across care and supported housing properties in South London. An NVQ Level 3 in Heating and Plumbing / hot water cylinders or equivalent is essential. If you ve also worked in the following roles, we d also like to hear from you: Plumbing Technician, Plumbing Engineer, Plumbing and Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Building Maintenance Operative, Property Maintenance Technician, Plumbing Maintenance Engineer SALARY: £39,100 per annum + call-outs + Benefits LOCATION: Working across South London JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm; emergency call-outs are required out of hours as part of a 24-hour service, with additional earnings available JOB OVERVIEW A varied opportunity awaits a practical tradesperson who enjoys solving problems and delivering a dependable service to residents. The Plumber will handle planned and responsive plumbing, heating and hot water maintenance across a portfolio of occupied properties. Working with the wider maintenance team, the Plumber will assess reported issues, fault-find and deliver effective repairs while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service. Supported by a collaborative team, the Plumber will contribute to reliable services across South London and respond to emergency call-outs when required.
