Job Title: PlumberLocation: Hammersmith and Fulham, Greater LondonRemuneration: 35.00 per hourContract Details: Temporary, End Date: 23rd December 2026Responsibilities:Our client is seeking a skilled Plumber. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the following:Conducting minor plumbing repairs and maintenance in accordance with established protocols.Assisting the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building equipment and systems.Performing general office maintenance tasks such as installing keyboard trays, hanging pictures, and repairing office furniture.Maintaining light fixtures, including changing light bulbs and ballasts.Completing special tasks as assigned, which may include painting, locksmith work, and general cleaning.Managing minor repairs to the site''s lawn and grounds.Moving office furniture, machinery, and other materials as required.Complying with safety policies and participating in safety training to maintain a safe work environment.Keeping records of work completed in a neat and organised manner.Assisting other operational staff members in the maintenance and repair of building equipment.Setting up Maximo routes and performing Maximo data entry as necessary.Physical Requirements:The physical demands of this role require the employee to regularly stand, use hands for handling, and communicate verbally.
