Actaris Site Services are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plumber to carry out testing, filling, and commissioning of domestic water systems within high-specification residential apartments in Bayswater. The role focuses on ensuring all hot and cold water systems are installed, functioning, and compliant with required standards prior to handover. Key Responsibilities Filling and pressurising hot and cold water systems across multiple apartment units Testing pipework for leaks, pressure integrity, and overall system performance Checking correct installation and operation of: Hot water systems Cold water supply Taps, showers, sanitaryware, and associated fittings Flushing systems to ensure cleanliness and compliance Identifying and reporting defects or faults to site management Carrying out minor remedial works where required Ensuring all works meet current UK plumbing regulations and standards Completing job sheets, test records, and commissioning documentation Please send cvs to be considered for this ..... full job details .....
