We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused plumber to join a busy repairs and maintenance team delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties. This is a permanent role offering a company van, fuel card, and the opportunity to join a well-established organisation with a strong pipeline of work. Duties and Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs within social housing properties Diagnose and repair leaks, burst pipes, and faulty pipework Repair, replace, and install taps, toilets, basins, baths, and showers Carry out bathroom refurbishment and upgrade works Repair and replace hot and cold-water systems Undertake waste pipe and drainage repairs Trace and resolve plumbing faults efficiently Complete minor tiling, patch plastering, and making-good works associated with plumbing repairs Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance records Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes Adhere to all health and safety procedures and company standards Requirements Proven experience as a Plumber within repairs and maintenance Experience working within social housing is highly desirable Ability to carry out both reactive and planned plumbing ..... full job details .....
