Plot Sales Solicitor (1–5 PQE)

You will be part of a team that prides itself on being approachable, down-to-earth and community focused.About the RoleYou will act for developers and their clients on all aspects of plot sales and purchases, working on both complex and high value transactions. The role offers

varied, hands-on experience , supporting clients through the full lifecycle of their property matters.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling the full range of plot sales matters, from instruction to completionDrafting deeds of easements, contracts, transfers and leases for plot salesAssisting on site set-up for new build developments, including management companies, road and sewer agreementsActing for developers on their plot sales transactions liaising with architects, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth completion.Acting for developer’s clients on their plot purchase processAbout YouQualified Solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE (plot sales or residential conveyancing experience with some plot sales exposure/interest in this area of property law)Strong technical knowledge and attention to detailA team player who thrives in a collaborative and supportive environmentAbility to build strong relationships with existing clientsWhat’s on OfferExciting opportunity to be
