The firm offers a supportive working environment and has a strong reputation for its client service.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity for an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal to join a busy property team, assisting with plot sales transactions from instruction through to completion. Duties will include:Managing plot sales transactions from initial instruction through to completionPreparing contracts, transfers, leases and other legal documentationLiaising with developers, purchasers'' solicitors and other partiesResponding to enquiries and progressing transactionsCoordinating exchanges and completionsMaintaining accurate files and keeping clients updatedProviding support to fee earners and the wider property team as requiredThis Plot Sales Paralegal position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pmRequirementsPrevious Plot Sales Paralegal experience within a law firm is essentialExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to manage a busy workload and meet deadlinesVacancy HighlightsEstablished specialist commercial ..... full job details .....
