PLM/CAD Application Support Engineer - Permanent - Methil, Fife On site 5 days per week 37 hour week - 12.30pm Finish on Fridays Very occasional travel to other sites - Must be able to drive andamp; have a car Required: - Hands on experience supporting PLM andamp; CAD applications. Proven experience providing first line application support for PLM/CAD systems, owning incidents through to resolution. Strong working knowledge of engineering workflows, including design, engineering change control, andamp; configuration management. Experience supporting engineers andamp; manufacturing users in operational, production critical settings. Ability to diagnose PLM/CAD application issues andamp; work effectively with central application SMEs to resolve them. Experience supporting integrated enterprise environments, including ERP systems (eg SAP) alongside PLM/CAD.
