PLM Project Manager

Copello Global are seeking an experienced PLM Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Teamcenter PLM and Siemens NX programme for a complex engineering-led organisation based in Oxfordshire on an initial 6 month contract. The contractor will be responsible for driving PLM improvements, developing delivery roadmaps, and implementing efficiencies that support both current operations and future business growth. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring deep PLM knowledge, strong project governance, and the ability to work confidently with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, and IT. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM projects with a focus on Teamcenter PLM and Siemens NX Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies Define and maintain PLM roadmaps to drive system improvement and future capability Identify, design, and implement process and system efficiencies to support ongoing and future business operations Review existing PLM systems and conduct requirements gathering across business functions Translate business and engineering requirements into clear project scope and delivery plans Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT Act as the key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators Track risks, issues, and actions, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution Provide regular progress ..... full job details .....
