PLM Consultant Lincoln/HybridPAYE - Competitive Market RateContract - 6 months The PLM Consultant will operate as a Use Case Lead within a major PLM transformation programme, supporting the design, refinement, and adoption of new PLM capabilities across the business. This role is business-facing rather than technical and involves interpreting requirements, engaging stakeholders, shaping backlogs, and ensuring successful functional delivery across PLM capability areas such as Documents, Requirements, PDP, Classification and MBSE.You will act as a business Proxy where internal resources are limited, ensuring each capability area is fully understood, documented, prioritised, and aligned with programme objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Requirements andamp; Backlog LeadershipLead requirement gathering with business users and SMEsTranslate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteriaOwn and manage the use-case backlog for assigned PLM capability areasShape sprint goals and support Agile delivery cyclesStakeholder Coordination andamp; AlignmentFacilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, SMEs, solution architects and programme leadershipRepresent your capability area in design reviews, dependency mapping and alignment sessionsIdentify gaps between current processes and future state designs, supporting business alignment and process harmonisationFunctional Delivery SupportSupport testing, validation and UAT activities to ..... full job details .....
