What you ll be doing as Play Barn and Catering Team Leader at Birdworld: You will be responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the catering operations across the park and the guest experience in the Play Barn. You will provide effective leadership to the team and ensure a high level of guest service and experience is delivered. Some of your key accountabilities: Driving catering performance across the park in order to meet sales and margin targets and to remain within budget.
