The purpose of the role will be to ensure punctual train dispatch of passenger trains from Banbury Station.- You will be responsible for ensuring the station is well presented. Based primarily on station platforms and in booking hall, but with responsibility for the whole station including the carpark. You will provide general assistance to customers as required including disabled assistance, information and customer information via the Public address.
