Platform Specialist - Digital Delivery(Onsite, Wiltshire)Contract - 6 monthsAbout the RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Platform Specialist to join a high-performing Digital Delivery team, supporting global revenue initiatives. This role focuses on delivering best-in-class digital experiences across multiple channels, working with industry-leading content management systems and platforms.You will act as a subject matter expert across key CMS platforms, supporting the delivery of digital content for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing enhancements. This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with cross-functional teams to build seamless, high-quality customer experiences.Please note: This role is fully onsite in Amsterdam (no remote/hybrid working).Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery and activation of digital content for campaigns and new product launchesAct as a CMS expert across platforms such as AEM, Hybris, Magento, SitecoreSupport continuous improvement of digital platforms and user experiencesCreate user guides and deliver training to internal stakeholders and global teamsCollaborate with marketing, product, experience, and technical teams to deliver high-quality contentLead content builds, ensuring scalability and consistency across global marketsConduct testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and business validationProvide troubleshooting support and manage workflows via tools such as JiraSupport localisation and global rollout of ..... full job details .....
