The Productivity Platform is accountable for enabling a modern, AI-powered digital workplace that drives workforce effectiveness and organisational productivity. It owns the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of core productivity capabilities, including Microsoft 365 services and a Copilot Centre of Excellence (CoE) to accelerate AI adoption at scale.
