Data Platform Lead - Snowflake - London (Hybrid) - Up to £120,000We''re looking to on board an experienced Platform Lead to lead a modern data and integration platform within an enterprise environment. This position combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, reliability, governance, automation and a consistent motivation to improve across a cloud-agnostic ecosystem.The RoleLead end-to-end platform delivery, operations, governance and service management.Define and execute platform strategy, road-maps and modernisation initiatives.Lead cross-functional teams across Data, Cloud, DevOps, and Engineering.Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, security standards and compliance requirements.Engage with stakeholders and senior leadership to align platform capabilities with business objectives.Key Skills and ExperienceStrong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and containerisation.Proven experience managing stakeholders and client experiences. Strong understanding of Agile environments. Hands-on experience using Azure, AWS or GCP.Strong experience in Snowflake and Confluent Kafka.Why Apply?Base salary of up to £120,000.Hybrid working arrangement.
