      <description>Location: Telford | Salary: &amp;pound;500 - &amp;pound;525/day | Type: Contract | Platform Engineer  Inside IR35 contract - (Apply online only) a day  2 x a month on site in Telford  6 Month + contract    We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to support the development, deployment and operation of cloud-native applications and platforms within an AWS environment.    Key Responsibilities    * Build, maintain and support Kubernetes-based platforms.  * Develop and manage Helm charts for application deployment and lifecycle management.  * Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.  * Support the containerisation and deployment of applications.  * Work closely with engineering teams delivering Java-based microservices.  * Implement and maintain monitoring, logging and observability solutions.  * Troubleshoot platform and deployment issues across multiple environments.
