Platform Engineer (eDV Cleared):Contract Details:Start: ASAP to 30 September 2026 - to be extendedFull-time, onsiteLocation: UK SouthRate: opened to conversation SFIA level 4-6Clearance: eDV active - MandatoryResponsibilities:Build, operate and maintain Kubernetes platforms with a focus on OpenShiftAdminister and troubleshoot Linux-based platform servicesManage container orchestration, scheduling and cluster lifecycleConfigure and support networking including DNS, load balancing, ingress/egress and network securityAutomate platform operations using infrastructure-as-codeMonitor, troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, including root cause analysisSupport upgrades, patching and capacity planningContribute to platform standards, documentation and best practiceSkills and Experience:Strong hands-on Linux administration in production environmentsProven Kubernetes operations and troubleshooting experienceOpenShift expertise including operators, RBAC, routes and image streamsSolid networking knowledge across TCP/IP, DNS, routing and securityExperience with container technologies such as Docker or CRI-OExperience with automation tools such as Terraform and AnsibleFamiliarity with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana and ELKStrong problem-solving ability in complex, distributed ..... full job details .....
