As the Platform Delivery Manager for AI Engineering, you will own the delivery of foundational capabilities that make Compare the Market an AI-native engineering organisation. You’ll define the right work, sequence it for impact, and ensure it gets delivered safely, scalably, and on time. This is a hybrid role that combines the system-level clarity of a Technical Product Manager with the execution rigour of a Delivery Manager. You will work side-by-side with engineers, not above or around them.Everyone is welcome!

Define and maintain the team’s delivery roadmap and priorities, tied to OKRsBreak complex initiatives into shippable work and sequence them effectivelyDrive planning and execution cycles and ensure the right things move forwardActively resolve blockers and ambiguities through tight loops with engineeringCoordinate dependencies across AI Labs, Data and AI, Architecture, and platform teamsEnsure delivered capabilities are complete, usable, and integratedWhat we’d like to see from you

Experience within an AI in software engineering environmentProven track record of delivering complex platform or internal tooling initiativesStrong planning and scheduling discipline; ensures predictable delivery and clear commitmentsSkilled at turning ambiguous goals into sequenced, trackable workDeep understanding of software delivery practices including CI/CD, SDLC, and developer workflowsFamiliar with AI-native engineering concepts, including Model Context Protocol (MCP)Highly organised communicator who maintains delivery visibility and stakeholder confidenceBalances short-term execution pressure with long-term system integrityWhat will success look like
