Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead and develop the DevOps and QA capability across the software function.-
• Define and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, release-controls-and environment management.-
• Establish and-maintain-a QA strategy covering automated, manual,-regression-and performance testing.-
• Champion a shift-left approach to quality throughout the software lifecycle.-
• Improve release readiness, deployment-confidence-and production support processes.-
• Introduce meaningful delivery and quality metrics.-
• Coach engineers and testers in best practice and continuous improvement.-

About You:-

• Strong experience in DevOps, QA leadership, release-management-or software delivery governance.-
• Practical experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tooling.-
• Good understanding of automated testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.-
• Experience supporting-on-premise-software delivery environments.-
• Strong communication-and stakeholder management skills.-
• A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge existing processes.-
• Previous-leadership,-mentoring-or line management experience.-
