Reporting to the Platform Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, governance and ongoing development of platform processes across the group.The RoleAs Platform Administrator, you will support the day-to-day management and oversight of platform activity, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately while providing first-class support to advisers, paraplanners and administrators.The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong technical capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport platform migrations and onboard new client assetsRespond to queries from advisers, paraplanners and administrators across the groupManage issues, escalations and development requests, liaising with platform relationship managers to ensure timely resolutionHandle complex submissions, including trusts, corporate accounts, bonds and deceased casesCreate and amend investment modelsProcess manual trades and fund conversionsProduce platform reports and validate data accuracySubmit asset and ..... full job details .....
