Plater / Fabricator - Contract (2-3 Months)

Location: Aberdeen (4,5 or 6 day week)

First Achieve Engineering team are assisting a well-established engineering and fabrication business with the recruitment of an experienced Plater / Fabricator to support an ongoing project, estimated to last 2-3 months.

About The Role

Fabrication and plating of structural steel and pipework components
Working from detailed engineering drawings and specifications
Marking out, cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
Carrying out tack welding where required
Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Plater / Fabricator in an engineering or fabrication environment
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience working with structural steel or heavy fabrication
Relevant trade qualifications (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and quality
