This is a long-term position offering excellent stability, with a direct path from  temporary to permanent employment  for the right candidate.  We are looking for a skilled tradesperson capable of interpreting technical drawings, prepping materials, and fabricating assemblies safely and efficiently to exact specifications.   Shift Patterns &amp; Earning Potential   We are offering two distinct shift patterns to suit your availability, both paid at highly competitive PAYE rates:     Option 1: Night Shift      Schedule:  4 Nights per week (12-hour shifts)     Benefit:  Includes a premium  shift uplift rate  for unsociable hours.
