This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled metalworker with experience in interpreting engineering drawings, marking out, cutting, shaping and assembling heavy steel components. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of fabrication processes, excellent measuring skills and the ability to work accurately to technical specifications. Key Responsibilities Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and CAD schematics to determine dimensions, specifications and assembly requirements. Accurately measure and mark out steel plates and structural sections in preparation for cutting and fabrication. Operate fabrication equipment, including plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torches, guillotines, rollers and hydraulic presses.
