Location: Nottinghamshire
Commutable from: Bulwell, Bilborough, Hucknall, Nuthall, Bestwood
Salary: Nights starting at -18.62 per hour
Shifts: Nights Monday to Thursday 6pm to 4.30am

A well-established structural engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of mild steel products for the transport sector.

The Role

This Fabricator Plater role involves working on large-scale structural projects within a busy engineering environment.

• Fabricating and plating components using thick gauge mild steel
• Working on structural projects including bridges and gantries
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Supporting other areas of the business when required

About You

• Apprentice trained or time served plater
• Experience working with thick gauge mild steel
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to support wider business needs
• Crane experience is desirable
