Responsibilities: Perform plating tasks on structural steel components. Reading engineering drawings Set up welding equipment and select appropriate techniques. Conduct inspections to ensure welds meet quality standards. Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and objectives. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and industry regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Structural Steel plater or similar role. Proficiency in various welding techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of different types of metals and their welding characteristics. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
