Working as part of a skilled fabrication team, you will be involved in the manufacture of large-scale steelwork for major infrastructure projects across the UK, including bridges, gantries, transport structures, and other heavy engineering applications.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with a strong reputation for delivering complex structural steel solutions to the road, rail, and transport sectors.   Duties and Responsibilities    Fabricating and plating heavy structural steel components from engineering drawings  Marking out, assembling, and preparing steelwork to required specifications  Working with thick gauge mild steel  Manufacturing bridge sections, gantries, and associated structural steelwork  Carrying out dimensional and quality checks throughout the fabrication process  Working safely and efficiently to production schedules  Assisting in other areas of the workshop when required    ...</description>
