Plater Fabricator Chesterfield £15.00 - £17.00 per hour Our client, a rapidly growing engineering company based in Chesterfield, is seeking an experienced Plater Fabricator to join their dynamic team. Plater Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities: Carrying out fabrication and development work on custom steel structures in a heavy engineering environment Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications Building components and assemblies to a high standard of accuracy and quality Performing high-quality MIG welding Measuring, marking out, cutting, shaping, and drilling plate and steel sections Operating a range of workshop tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment Maintaining strict adherence to all Health and Safety procedures and site policies Plater Fabricator Ideal Candidate: Experienced and confident in plating and fabrication Preferably time-served or apprentice-trained with relevant qualifications Skilled MIG welder with a strong eye for detail Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings Hands-on experience using fabrication machinery Background in heavy steel or structural steel industries Capable of working independently from drawings and seeing a project through from start to finish Plater Fabricator Working Hours and Benefits: Monday Thursday, 06 30 Overtime rate time and half Company pension Onsite parking Sick pay Jackie Kerr Recruitment is an independent agency that has been established for 28 ..... full job details .....
