The workshop handles a highly varied workload, meaning the day-to-day work is engaging and avoids repetitive jig work. You will be joining a small, close-knit team where staff work well together and support each other on the shop floor. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Plater or Fabricator. Competence in standard fabrication processes, specifically bending, shearing, drilling, and rolling. The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. A reliable work ethic and a collaborative approach to workshop duties. Working Hours and Remuneration 4-day working week: Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 16:30. Starting pay of -15.50 to -16.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Overtime is available and paid at 1.5x the standard rate.
