The Role Reporting into the Site Supervisor / Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out plastering works as part of Planned Maintenance and Repairs and Maintenance contracts. You will ensure all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch repairs, and renderingComplete repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void propertiesEnsure all work is delivered to high quality standards and within agreed timescalesWork efficiently to meet productivity and KPI targetsMaintain excellent customer service when working in residents homesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations at all timesWork collaboratively with other trades, supervisors, and support staffKeep accurate records of work completed and materials usedEnsure company ..... full job details .....
