Key Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch plastering, rendering and decorative finishes. Complete wall and ceiling repairs to a high standard. Undertake internal and external rendering works. Carry out tiling and plaster coving where required. Work alongside other trades to deliver planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with building maintenance best practice. Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with residents throughout the works. Maintain company tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and professional manner.
