      <description>Location: London | Salary: 21.40-21.40 Hourly | Type: Permanent | Job Description: About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our team working within the social housing sector. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality plastering repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties, ensuring homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents. Key Responsibilities:  Carry out all aspects of plastering, including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, and dry lining Work on both tenanted and void social housing properties Prepare surfaces and ensure a high standard of finish Identify and report any additional repair needs Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants Complete works within agreed timeframes and standards  Requirements:  Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or maintenance NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent experience) Full UK driving licence Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills</description>
