Job Title: Plasterer (Social Housing) Location: Derby Rate: 18 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to work on tenanted social housing properties in the Derby area. The successful candidate will be carrying out a range of plastering work and must be competent in all types of finishes. You will be working in occupied properties, so a professional and respectful approach is essential. Key Requirements:Previous experience working in social housing (tenanted properties)Skilled in all aspects of plastering, including patch work, full skims, and all finishing typesAbility to work independently and to a high standardGood communication skills and customer service awarenessOwn tools and transport preferredCSCS card (desirable)What We Offer:Competitive hourly rate of 18 per hourFull-time hours (37 per week, Monday to Friday)Opportunity to work within a well-established housing maintenance teamWeekly payInterested?
