This is a long-term role offering consistent work and a strong package. Key Responsibilities Carrying out plastering and artexing repairs across a range of domestic properties Completing tiling, rendering, and decorating works as required Working within occupied properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service Recording work completed, materials used, and time taken accurately (paper or electronic systems) Working as part of a trade team to meet tight deadlines Requirements NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or time served experience) Proven experience in plastering, artexing, tiling, rendering, and decorating Experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK Driving Licence To apply, contact: Zach Jordan (url removed) (phone number removed) Contract
