Location: Bracknell
Rate: -23 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Package: Company van, tools, fuel card, and trade card provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a busy social housing maintenance team in Bracknell. This is a long-term role offering consistent work and a strong package.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out plastering and artexing repairs across a range of domestic properties
• Completing tiling, rendering, and decorating works as required
• Working within occupied properties, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Recording work completed, materials used, and time taken accurately (paper or electronic systems)
• Working as part of a trade team to meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or time served experience)
• Proven experience in plastering, artexing, tiling, rendering, and decorating
• Experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK Driving Licence
