Plasterer - Social Housing (Damp & Mould Contract)

Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Contract
Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Rate: Competitive (DOE)

We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team working on a Social Housing Damp & Mould Contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable tradesperson to secure long-term work with a well-established contractor.

• Carry out plastering repairs following damp and mould remediation works.

• Patch plastering, skimming, bonding and making good to a high standard.

• Prepare surfaces prior to plaster application.

• Work in occupied and void social housing properties.

• Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment.

• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants'' homes.

• Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence (preferred).

• Own tools.

• CSCS card (preferred but not essential depending on the contract).

• Ability to work independently and manage your daily workload.

• Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.

• Ongoing, long-term work.

• 8-hour working day, Monday to Friday.

• Weekly pay.
