Working predominantly within a local Westminster patch, you''ll benefit from reduced travel, a consistent workload and the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and local housing teams. This role is ideal for an experienced plasterer who also has tiling skills and enjoys carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void properties. About the Role As a Plasterer, you''ll work across a varied portfolio of responsive repairs and maintenance works within residents'' homes, delivering high-quality plastering, tiling and associated repair works within residents'' homes. No two days are the same, and you''ll have the autonomy to manage your workload while providing an outstanding service to our customers. You ll be dealing with customers face-to-face, so you ll need to have a great level of customer service and a positive and proactive approach to your work. You ll need to be self-sufficient and able to work independently.
