Plasterer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a well-established contractor carrying out repairs and maintenance works to social housing domestic properties across Daventry.This is an ongoing temporary role offering regular work with the opportunity to join a busy team delivering high-quality plastering repairs and property maintenance projects.The role involves working on occupied and void social housing properties across Daventry, carrying out a variety of internal plastering repairs and finishing works to maintain and improve domestic properties.Key Responsibilities:Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch plastering, float and set, and bondingComplete repairs to damaged walls and ceilings following maintenance worksPrepare surfaces by removing loose material, applying bonding agents, and ensuring a high-quality finishUndertake rendering repairs where requiredCarry out minor dry lining and plasterboard repairsEnsure all plastering work is completed to a high standard within occupied and void domestic propertiesWork safely and effectively while maintaining a clean and tidy work areaLiaise professionally with tenants and site management throughout the worksComplete work in line with health and safety regulations and company standardsRequirements:To have your own vanTo have your own toolsPrevious experience working as a PlastererExperience in skimming, patch plastering, rendering, and general plastering repairsExperience working within ..... full job details .....
