Bromley and surrounding areasUp to £36,000As a Plasterer at Hyde, you will be a key member of our maintenance team, responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to plastering, tiling and general maintenance. This role requires a versatile professional who can address a range of property needs efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall well-being of our customers by ensuring the quality and functionality of our housing unitsKey responsibilities:Preparing surfaces for plaster application by cleaning and smoothing.Applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using appropriate techniques.Repairing and patching damaged or cracked plaster.Ensuring a smooth and uniform finish on all surfaces.Collaborating with other maintenance professionals to address comprehensive property needs.Following safety guidelines and protocols during all plastering activities.Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.Providing excellent customer service to customers.Skills and experience:Proven experience as a plasterer, with experience in residential plastering.Knowledge of various plastering techniques and materials.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Multi trade experience is desirableStrong problem-solving and communication skills.Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.Valid driver''s licence.Benefits:A fantastic pensionLife assuranceGreat holidaysAn award-winning flexible benefits ..... full job details .....
