Plasterer / Multi Trader Rate: £23.00ph (Personal CIS) Location: Across South Birmingham Hours: 40 hours per week Duration: Ongoing work Immediate Start Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Social Housing maintenance and construction contractor. As a Plasterer / Multi-Trader, you will be required to work in void and occupied properties to complete mainly plastering works (damp and mould) and other multi trader duties (including filling, skimming, painting, plastering and fixing hinges). Plasterer / Multi-Trader Requirements: A Valid CSCS Skilled Card 2-3 years experience as a Plasterer/Multi Trader (within Residential settings).
