This is a long-term temporary position carrying out a mixture of day-to-day repairs, planned works, and general maintenance within occupied and void properties. The ideal candidate will be a strong Plasterer with reliable multi-trade skills and the ability to work independently, delivering high-quality repairs to a good standard. Key Responsibilities As a Plasterer Multi-Trader, your duties will include: Completing minor patch work through to full board and skim, renewals and installations in occupied properties You could also be undertaking multi-trade works including: Minor plumbing repairs through to like-for-like works Tiling (splashbacks) Painting and decorating General domestic repairs Working towards a first-time fix wherever possible Planning and managing your own daily workload to meet contract SLAs Logging works accurately on a PDA and completing daily job sheets Ensuring all work meets high standards of safety and quality Providing a professional, respectful service...
