We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable  Plasterer  to join their team on an ongoing basis, working across a variety of social housing projects.        Package:     Salary -40,000  Van and fuel card  28 Days Holiday         Key Responsibilities:   As a  Plasterer  within the Property Services team, you will be responsible for:   Carrying out  general maintenance  on occupied properties  Completing  void work  (properties that are vacant and require maintenance)  Plastering, including all aspects of plastering and rendering  Providing additional support with other trades when required    Required Experience &amp; Qualifications:    Experience working in  social housing  or  council properties    Plastering NVQ    A full  UK driving license  (essential for travel to sites)  Previous experience in  multi-trade  roles would be an advantage</description>
