We are hiring on below:Job Overview: Job Role: Plasterer /Multi TradeLocation: DartfordDuration: Temp to PermHours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.Payrate: 24.57 - 26.97 Umbrella Start date: ASAPWill be provided below:Company van.Fuel card.PPE (excluding safety boots).Materials required to complete works ResponsibilitiesCarry out plastering, patch repairs, tiling, painting, decorating to a high standardUndertake plumbing repairs and minor installations (desirable)Perform carpentry duties including repairs and basic joinery (desirable)Support with a broad range of general property maintenance dutiesWork effectively both independently and within a teamEnsure all work meets safety, quality and customer service standards.Qualification:Strong plastering skills Ideally NVQ Level 2Working knowledge of plumbing and carpentryAbility to diagnose faults and deliver effective repairsGood problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailExperience working in tenanted propertiesFamiliar with PDA usageAdditional trade qualificationsNVQ or City and Guilds Level 2 minimumClean, valid UK driving licenceDBS check (or willingness to undertake)Eligible to work in the UK (proof required)Professional, customer-focused presentation If interested, please call Manan on (phone number removed) or you can reply on (url removed) Eden Brown is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
