Fortus Recruitment Group Limited are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the repairs and maintenance industry.

An established property services contractor is looking for an experienced Plasterer / Wet Trade Multi to join their team working in and around Basingstoke. This is a temp to perm opportunity, working on a long-term social housing maintenance contract carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied and void properties.

The Role:

- Carry out plastering repairs in occupied and void properties

- Complete patch plastering, skimming and making good works

- Undertake additional wet trade repairs including basic tiling, decorating and minor carpentry where required

- Diagnose repair issues and complete work to a high standard

- Respond to reactive maintenance jobs

- Keep tenants informed of work being carried out

- Complete job sheets and records as required

What We''re Looking For:

- NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent experience

- Experience working within social housing or property maintenance

- Good all-round wet trade or multi-trade ability

- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team

- Friendly and professional approach

Requirements:

- Full UK Driving Licence

- DBS check
