Plasterer

Location: Dorset, Hampshire & Wiltshire (Site-Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week + 1 in 6/7 out-of-hours call-out rota

Our client is looking for an experienced Plasterer to join their Responsive Repairs team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance across social housing properties throughout Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.

The Role

As a Plasterer, you''ll be carrying out responsive repairs within occupied social housing properties. Duties will include:

  • General plastering repairs, from small patch repairs to full room plastering

  • Dry lining, float and skim work

  • Damp and mould treatment, including washing and thermal painting

  • Working from handheld devices and electronic job sheets

  • Managing your own workload efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

  • Working safely and professionally within customers'' homes at all times



What We''re Looking For

To be considered, you should have:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience working within social housing or occupied properties (essential)

  • Experience carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance

  • Confidence completing damp and mould remedial works

  • A full UK driving licence

  • The ability to pass a DBS check

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
