Job Title: Plasterer multi

Location: North Birmingham
Contract: Temp, ongoing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £20.27 per hour CIS
Perks: van, tools & fuel card, plenty of overtime available

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client’s reactive maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across Central & North Birmingham.

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

• Experience in other trades to atleast a basic standard, such as floor laying / plumbing / tiling / carpentry.

• Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp & mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to.

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in trade

• Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades
