This is a field-based role delivering high quality plastering repairs and refurbishment works within occupied residential properties, with customer service at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for completing a wide range of plastering repairs, ensuring work is completed right first time, safely, on schedule and to agreed quality standards, while maintaining a professional and courteous approach with tenants and colleagues.Undertake all aspects of plastering repairs including walls and ceilingsCarry out general repair works such as filling and making goodDeliver high quality workmanship in line with agreed standards and proceduresEnsure a first-time fix approach while working within time and budget parametersMaintain a strong focus on customer service and tenant satisfactionUse a PDA to complete job updates, worksheets, photographs and related ..... full job details .....
