The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £21.57 per hour on a CIS basis. You will receive a van once you have settled into the role, and following a driving assessment. You will be able to claim mileage from home prior to receiving the van. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Skimming and patch plastering within domestic properties, largely responsive repairs work Preparing walls and ceilings ready for decoration Tiling walls as required Carrying out general plastering repairs to domestic homes Working independently across occupied and void housing stock Working hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (15:30 on a Friday) Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
