In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building and finishing tasks on social housing projects including plastering, masonry, carpentry, roofing, and other trades essential to construction and renovation projects. Duties Perform plastering and stucco application with precision to achieve smooth, durable finishes on walls and ceilings. Skim, float,patch,render combined with secondary trades (painting,basic plumbing/carpentry) Patch repairs, preparing surfaces,void property refurbishment, making good after other trades.
